🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here’s how we handle returns:

✅ If we made a mistake (e.g., wrong item, defective, missing parts):

  • We will cover return shipping costs.

  • You can choose a replacement or a full refund.

  • Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

🔄 If you changed your mind:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Items that are worn, washed, used, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return.

💸 Can I Return Discounted Items?

Yes — discounted or sale items can be returned, as long as:

  • The item is not marked as "final sale"

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

Final sale items (clearly marked as such on the product page) cannot be returned or exchanged.
